Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated AI Trainer & Data Annotator to contribute to the enhancement of AI models. This contract role offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week, with remote work from any location. Compensation varies between $20 and $98 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, write, and rank AI-generated responses across diverse topics to ensure they are relevant and high quality.
- Apply detailed evaluation criteria to measure AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, utility, and safety.
- Use tools such as GPT and ChatGPT for performing research, drafting, and annotating data efficiently.
- Detect unusual cases, identify errors, and note potential failure points in AI responses with thorough documentation.
- Work closely with client teams to facilitate ongoing AI model improvements driven by feedback.
- Keep informed about the latest best practices in AI training and quality assessment methodologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Regular experience with AI-based tools is essential.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills vital for evaluating AI outputs effectively.
