Role Summary

We seek a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team on a one-year fixed contract covering maternity leave. Located in Keysborough, Victoria, this role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of warehouse and supply chain data, supporting warehouse management systems (WMS), analysing operational performance metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders for optimized supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data integrity across warehouse management systems and resolve any transactional or system discrepancies.
• Generate, analyse, and verify operational reports and data utilizing Microsoft Excel and Power BI to aid business performance and decision-making.
• Perform daily transaction exception reviews and database reconciliations; investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Provide both technical and operational assistance for WMS queries ensuring prompt resolution and effective user support.
• Conduct training and guidance sessions for internal teams regarding WMS functions, processes, and best practices.
• Recommend and assist in implementing continuous improvements to boost system performance, data quality, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external service providers to support efficient supply chain functions.
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards, while adapting to evolving business responsibilities.

• Experience with computer-based ordering systems or warehouse management systems.

• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
