Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market and sales data using IQVIA and Symphony datasets to extract insights supporting commercial strategies.
- Develop and update monthly and quarterly dashboards and performance overviews for brand planning and forecasting.
- Create and maintain trackers that monitor product launches, market uptake, and competitor activities.
- Evaluate government and institutional tenders, constructing pricing models and governance frameworks to identify opportunities.
- Automate reporting and analytics through Excel, VBA, pivot tables, and macros to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment and prompt communication to address issues.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and innovating processes.
- Communicate analytic findings clearly to diverse audiences employing impactful storytelling.
- Lead U.S. biosimilars market access analytics involving pricing, reimbursement, and payer insights via tools like SQL, Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx, and Excel.
- Work cross-functionally utilizing datasets such as ESI, EMISAR, ZINC, MMIT, IQVIA, DRG, and claims data to provide actionable business intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech degree; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in Excel/VBA, SQL, Power BI, and Qlik.
- Knowledge of statistical and data science tools is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry concepts, including drug development, generics, biosimilars, biologics, and regulatory processes with a focus on U.S. market access.
- Hands-on experience with commercial datasets like IQVIA and Symphony.
- Background in customer segmentation, brand analytics, and digital campaign measurement.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset capable of working independently and leading small teams.
