Role Overview

This position seeks a skilled Data Analyst and Power BI Engineer who will be instrumental in analyzing data and producing actionable insights for clients. The role involves transforming complex datasets into comprehensible and impactful dashboards and reports, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their analytical requirements, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards and detailed reports utilizing Power BI and Fabric workspaces.
• Perform data analysis aimed at uncovering trends, patterns, and insights that shape business strategies.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to collect requirements and implement data-centric solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity by applying rigorous quality control measures.
• Present data findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling storytelling methods.
• Keep updated with the latest industry developments and best practices in data analytics and Power BI technology.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Demonstrable experience in data analysis and visualization, especially using Power BI.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data modelling techniques and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills to clearly articulate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• A proactive approach emphasizing continuous learning and improvement.
