Job Overview
BravoTECH is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst specializing in AI and Business Insights to join their team in Richardson, TX. This contract role is onsite and extends through December 31, 2026, with a possibility of transitioning into a full-time position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Role Details
The Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing substantial data sets to reveal trends and actionable business insights. Collaboration with various teams such as product management, engineering, and research is essential. Responsibilities include creating dashboards and reports that facilitate informed decision-making and presenting findings directly to executive leadership. Maintaining accuracy and consistency of data aligned to a single source of truth, while participating actively in Agile/Scrum processes and cross-functional projects, forms part of the daily duties.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three to five years’ hands-on experience in data or business analytics.
- Expertise in employing AI tools and data-driven strategies.
- Knowledge and experience in handling commercial real estate data.
- Excellent communication capabilities, particularly in delivering presentations to C-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
- Familiarity with contemporary data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Comfortable working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the capacity to question assumptions.
