Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Dairy/Frozen area in a clean, organized manner and ensure it is always customer-ready.
• Regularly rotate stock and monitor product expiration dates to uphold freshness and quality standards.
• Accurately price, sign, and label merchandise while following company protocols for ordering, clearances, and pricing adjustments.
• Comply with cold chain procedures and food safety guidelines, such as temperature monitoring, sanitation, product handling, and expiry checks.
• Support merchandising efforts by keeping departmental displays up to date and aligned with promotional campaigns.
• Keep the workspace free from hazards by adhering to health and safety policies and performing routine cleaning duties.
• Be flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate business needs.

Challenges You May Encounter

• Manage the demands of overnight shifts with adequate preparation to maintain energy and focus.
• Efficiently handle a high volume of stocking and recovery tasks within fast-paced store operations.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and repetitive organizing and stocking responsibilities.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40.
