About Tata AIA Life Insurance
Tata AIA Life Insurance is inviting applications for the position of Customer Support Executive or Customer Relationship Executive, based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and address their queries effectively.
- Provide detailed information regarding various insurance products and services offered.
- Support customers with policy-related issues including renewals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate updating of customer information and coordinate with internal support teams as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Educational qualifications ranging from Intermediate to any Graduate degree.
- Must possess good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.
Interview & Application Details
Interviews will be conducted as walk-ins or direct interviews at Mythrivanam Back Side, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
