Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager (Quality) will be accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction with Veeva’s Quality software products. This role acts as the primary contact between Veeva and major customer stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, addressing escalations, and proactively demonstrating product value. The ideal candidate will be a Quality domain expert with excellent communication skills, able to build strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers and collaborate effectively across teams to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support 4 to 6 large global customers post-implementation of Veeva Quality applications.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer application owners, understanding their challenges and goals.
- Coordinate with internal Veeva teams—strategy, sales, product, and services—to meet customer requirements.
- Lead customer meetings to showcase delivered value and identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Offer strategic counsel to maximize application use and help customers develop business-aligned roadmaps.
- Enable customer networking for collaboration and industry knowledge exchange.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Quality within the life sciences sector.
- Background working with or within large multinational pharmaceutical organizations.
- Proven consulting experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and application owners.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based within the European Union.
- At least 7 years' experience in software or consulting.
- Familiarity with SaaS/cloud environments managing Quality applications.
- Experience using Veeva Vault products.
Interview Process

The estimated total compensation ranges from 75,000 to 130,000 EUR annually. The actual offer will consider qualifications, location, and experience, and may include bonuses or stock options.
