Role and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Manage complaint resolution, process product returns, and refer complex issues to relevant departments with well-documented follow-up.
• Keep customer data accurate and up-to-date in CRM systems to maintain consistent service delivery.
• Work closely with logistics and sales teams to monitor order progress, verify delivery timelines, and inform clients proactively about any delays or modifications.
• Promote or suggest additional products or services by analyzing customer needs and purchase records.
• Strictly follow company guidelines and service-level agreements to ensure consistent, quality client experiences.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with customer service ticketing tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
• Exposure to call center operations and order tracking.
• Conflict management and resolution capabilities.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Valid UAE work permit eligibility.
• Desirable:
• Background in import/export or logistics sectors.
• Knowledge of customs paperwork and trade compliance fundamentals.
• Basic familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite.
