Role overview
This opportunity is with a leading international BPO setup focused on customer support. The role covers multiple communication-based support functions, including voice, chat, ed tech, and technical support.
What you’ll handle
- Work across customer support streams such as voice, chat, ed tech assistance, and tech support.
- Deliver customer interactions in blended, voice, and international voice environments as needed.
Skills and capabilities
- Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally and effectively.
- Comfort with international customer support processes, including US and UK shifts.
Compensation and schedule
The pay range is INR 22,000 to 38,000 per month, depending on skill set and last drawn salary. The role includes day shift work, while US/UK shift assignments come with cab facility. Additional benefits include meals, PF, and insurance.
Location
Work locations are Gurugram and Noida.
Eligibility
Graduation is not mandatory. Undergraduate freshers can also apply.
