Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join Kataria Automobiles in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The primary focus of this role is to manage outbound communications with customers, reminding them about upcoming vehicle service appointments while fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to customers to provide friendly and professional reminders for scheduled vehicle service appointments.
- Communicate the importance of consistent vehicle maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
- Develop and maintain positive rapport with customers during phone conversations to enrich the service experience.
- Respond effectively to customer queries regarding service schedules, procedures, or any related information.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary between 16,500 and 25,500 INR.
