Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Fulfilment Specialist to join our Brendale team. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely, precise, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery of all online orders across SRG brands. You will collaborate closely with Customer Fulfilment Consultants, the Customer Care team, and parcel freight providers to maximize customer satisfaction in omnichannel purchases, including click & collect and home delivery.

• Keep meticulous records of customer and order details and ensure compliance with direct shipping protocols.
