Job Duties

• Carry out routine cleaning operations across office spaces and communal areas.
• Safely and effectively operate janitorial equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Manage grounds upkeep including mowing lawns, trimming, and emptying waste bins daily.
• Ensure custodial supplies are adequately stocked and monitor inventory levels.
• Promptly communicate any safety issues or hazards to supervisory staff.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• This is a full-time, on-site position.
• Working hours are Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Telecommuting is not available for this role.
• The starting salary may be fixed and is sometimes non-negotiable.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience operating commercial floor scrubbers and carpet shampooing machines is essential.
• Proficiency in painting large walls and replacing ceiling tiles is required.
• Background in outdoor landscape maintenance such as lawn mowing, weed trimming, shrub pruning, sweeping, and snow removal including use of snow blowers.
• Experience with window washing, trash removal, and ladder use.
• Capability to perform essential functions of the job is necessary.
• A conditional job offer will require providing criminal history reports.
