Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The CRM Specialist will spearhead impactful CRM campaigns for key partner accounts and brands to boost customer interaction and drive commercial success. This role ensures superior CRM campaign execution using data insights, continual testing, and marketing best practices. Key Duties

  • Serve as the CRM and digital marketing authority within the Trading Squad to design campaigns aligned with partner and brand goals.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and lifecycle messages.
  • Develop and deploy campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, widgets, and microsites.
  • Guarantee campaign quality, alignment, compliance with client IDs, landing pages, customer journeys, and partner criteria.
  • Collaborate with Trading Squad leaders and stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns punctually.
  • Discover opportunities to grow partner revenue via CRM optimization, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized messaging.
  • Analyze campaign data to refine future marketing strategies and improve performance metrics.
  • Define, track, and communicate CRM campaign KPIs and provide ongoing performance reporting for internal teams and partners.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to maintain high standards in campaign execution.
  • Work closely with both partners and internal units to meet CRM and marketing targets.
  • Identify potential process enhancements to boost campaign delivery efficiency and consistency.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing of email and lifecycle campaigns, documenting insights and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and MarTech teams to implement successful testing initiatives and scale innovative lifecycle marketing, automation, and targeting methods.
  • Build strong relationships across Trading Squads, partners, and teams, and translate partner needs into actionable campaign briefs.
  • Provide CRM expertise to elevate customer engagement, conversion rates, and commercial results.
  • Support ongoing improvements to CRM systems, features, and partner integrations, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues where appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related area, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Email Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant are advantageous.
  • Certifications in CRM, Digital Marketing, or Customer Lifecycle Marketing from recognized institutions (e.g., CIM or Digital Marketing Institute) are desirable.
  • More than three years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in executing CRM and digital marketing campaigns through email and marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms for campaign execution, optimization, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated success improving campaign results through segmentation, personalization, testing, and data-driven strategies.
