Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Marina, CA as a Crew Member, where we aim to transform fast food into a conscientious dining experience. Your Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food diligently by hand using Chipotle’s standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Operate multiple workstations such as grill, cashier, prep areas, ensuring smooth restaurant functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with a passion for assisting customers and collaborating with team members.
• A genuine interest in learning extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.

Additional Payment Information

The base salary range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips. Actual pay depends on individual skills, experience, and education level.
