Creator & Partner Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility

Role Overview

The Creator and Partner Manager will lead the development and management of strategic collaborations with creators, nonprofits, civil society groups, and community partners to boost TikTok's global social impact initiatives. This position supports creator-driven social campaigns, cultivates long-standing partnerships, and executes joint programs that produce measurable community benefits. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Product Impact in the Global CSR team, this role focuses on amplifying social good through coordinated efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the worldwide creator and partner strategy for the Social Impact & Sustainability department.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with creators across TikTok's platforms to support social impact efforts, non-profit fundraising, and community-benefiting campaigns.
• Oversee the complete life cycle of partnership development with nonprofits, civil society organizations, industry allies, and community stakeholders to achieve aligned program goals.
• Assist regional teams in cultivating localized creator and partner ecosystems, tailoring global programs to satisfy specific market requirements.
• Coordinate creator and partner activities for global campaigns and events, including briefing participants, overseeing logistics, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Handle negotiation of partnership deals, manage partner-associated budgets, and evaluate return on investment for all creator and partner engagements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in creator partnerships, business development, nonprofit partnership management, or influencer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the TikTok/short-form video creator landscape, creator economy trends, and nonprofit partnership frameworks.
• Proven success demonstrating the ability to build and manage strategic partnerships that bring measurable business or social impact results.
• Excellent abilities in relationship management, negotiation, and communicating across cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing connections with creators and nonprofits in global markets.
• Background working within social media platforms, creator agencies, or international nonprofits.
• Experience directing creator-led campaigns or social impact programs.
• Familiarity with fundraising, cause marketing, and corporate philanthropy models.
• Proven capacity to work in multicultural, global teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role in New York is $102,400 to $174,800. Salary may be adjusted based on qualifications, experience, competencies, and location. Additional discretionary bonuses and restricted stock units may apply.
