Role Overview
The Creative Strategist plays a pivotal role within delivery pods by collaborating with Growth Strategists and Designers to transform strategy into impactful creative campaigns that drive client growth. This role involves extensive strategic thinking, creative briefing, ideation, and guideline development to convert data insights and client objectives into effective creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation and develop concepts for paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Produce clear, detailed creative briefs guiding designers and editors without ambiguity.
- Convert performance metrics, client goals, and audience insights into well-defined creative directions to influence results positively.
- Generate, test, and refine a variety of creative approaches including angles, hooks, formats, and concepts continuously.
- Maintain and manage creative briefs within the group's workflow, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Develop and tweak ad copy including hooks, primary text, and headlines tailored for platform best practices.
- Support creative iteration by expanding on successful concepts with new variations.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with client brand voice while remaining performance-driven.
- Contribute to the email marketing strategy, including writing and directing performance-oriented campaign and automation copy.
- Conduct ongoing research on creative trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform ideation.
- Collaborate closely with Growth Strategists for alignment of creative strategies with client objectives and feedback.
- Work with designers and contractors to uphold high execution standards of creative briefs.
- Adhere to company creative and reporting standards to maintain consistency across clients.
- Own the quality control process, ensuring all creative deliverables meet Social Paradigm Group's standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in creative ideation and crafting effective briefs for paid advertisements.
- Proficiency in writing persuasive ad copy and producing performance-focused creative materials.
- Experience in email marketing campaigns and automation strategies.
- Comprehensive understanding of paid social advertising, preferably experienced with Meta and TikTok platforms.
- A strong performance-oriented mindset prioritizing data-driven creativity.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in both giving and receiving constructive creative feedback.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote work environment with strict deadlines.
