Creative Designer

Overview

We are looking for a Creative Designer with expertise in instructional and graphic design alongside multimedia content production. This position involves crafting compelling materials for training, education, and communication purposes including facilitator guides, curricula, presentations, visual resources, and eLearning packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce educational, training, and communication content.
• Create facilitator manuals, learner guides, presentations, preparatory and follow-up materials, and curriculum components.
• Develop and maintain organized learning and resource libraries.
• Produce graphics, branded assets, and visual designs.
• Design eLearning modules, instructor-led training content, as well as mobile and web-based learning tools.
• Generate print, web, video, and multimedia projects.
• Contribute to storyboard creation and content structuring.
• Design motion graphics, animations, and interactive instructional materials.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and user interface layouts.
• Perform advanced photo editing, retouching, and image adjustments.
• Assist in audio and video production and post-production processes.
• Manage and deploy digital content via SharePoint and content management systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Instructional Design, Computer Art, Web Design, or related discipline.
• 2 to 3+ years of professional industry experience.
• Solid experience in instructional design and media creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong grasp of graphic design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Proven ability to develop training materials, presentations, and facilitator guides.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare finance sector.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning platform.
• Knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Skills in motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.
• Audio and video editing/production expertise.
• Experience with Cinema 4D or Maya for 3D modeling and animation.
• Basic comprehension of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Advanced photo retouching and manipulation capabilities.
