Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Core Java expertise to design and develop scalable backend systems and full-stack features as part of our rapidly expanding team. Note that candidates primarily focused on front-end technologies such as MERN or React will not be considered.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend and full-stack components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital platforms
• Coordinate projects and potentially lead teams, leveraging prior experience in those areas

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Proficient in Core Java 8 or later versions, including solid foundations in data structures and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Spring framework modules: Boot, Security, MVC, REST, and Data JDBC
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Capability to produce clean, efficient, and testable code
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities combined with effective communication skills
• Quick adaptability to new platforms with support for complex technical integrations
• Experience working with No-Code platforms is advantageous
