Control-M Specialist

Job Overview

This role requires a thorough grasp of Control-M architecture and effective management of batch jobs using the Control-M tool. Candidates should have foundational Unix skills and a basic understanding of ITIL practices.

Technical Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Control-M architecture and manage agent/server communication.
• Oversee batch job scheduling and monitor the usage and features of the Control-M tool.
• Apply foundational Unix knowledge in daily operations.
• Understand and apply ITIL principles in operational tasks.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in managing priority incidents and resolving critical issues related to Control-M.
• Knowledge of basic MS SQL or Oracle databases is advantageous.
• Prior experience in Unix environments is beneficial.

• Possess hands-on experience with 24x7 batch monitoring and production support.
