Core Duties
- Serve as the main contact for Trust & Safety Policy operational teams to precisely capture detailed requirements, translating complex operational challenges—like data logging issues and tooling limitations—into detailed, actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with TSP colleagues to identify and develop AI applications that streamline processes, including minimizing manual case triage, filtering irrelevant tickets, recommending confident automated actions, and converting manual help desks into AI-powered agents.
- Work alongside stakeholders to enhance data analytics and reporting dashboards that support global scaling and efficiency, ensuring availability of critical operational data such as processing times and enforcement accuracy.
- Improve the client's transparency reporting initiatives, including the main Transparency Report and regulatory reports like those required under the Digital Services Act (DSA), through strategic upgrades.
- Maintain and regularly update a prioritized product and tooling roadmap, clearly communicating the strategic rationale behind priorities to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of three years' experience in program management within tech or legal environments.
- Proven ability to convert complex operational issues into user stories and convey these effectively to product and engineering teams.
- Skilled in data analysis, dashboard creation, and managing technical requirements.
- Strong collaborator adept at working with peers and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience developing advanced AI-driven workflow improvements beyond basic prompting techniques.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, and Confluence for team productivity.
- Excellent organizational capability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Alignment with the mission to foster community and belonging worldwide.
- Additional assets include proficiency in Data Studio, Hex, SQL, or other data technical tools.
