Role Overview
Agility Partners is looking for a skilled Content Curation Strategist to work with a Fortune 15 client located near Seattle. This role presents a unique chance to shape content interactions for millions of users by combining expertise in content strategy, digital merchandising, data analysis, and design to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and optimize extensive digital content libraries to deliver relevant and engaging experiences that drive strong performance.
- Analyze data related to content performance, user engagement, and experiment outcomes to detect patterns and formulate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and business teams to implement strategies, assess experiments, and enhance user-facing content.
- Oversee content publishing processes including metadata, lifecycle management, reporting, and CMS operations while ensuring quality and consistency.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of experience in content curation, strategy, digital merchandising, or lifecycle management.
- Over five years managing large-scale content via CMS, publishing tools, metadata systems, and governance.
- At least three years analyzing engagement metrics, dashboards, and business analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Strong grasp of visual design principles, content quality evaluation, user experience optimization, and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to produce data-driven recommendations impacting business decisions and content strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Background supporting digital content ecosystems, marketplaces, productivity tools, or AI-based content platforms.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and user engagement analytics.
- Knowledge of recommendation engines, personalization, or content discovery systems.
- Track record of working cross-functionally with design, research, product, and business teams to drive customer-centered results.
- Passion for integrating analytics, creativity, and customer insight to elevate content experiences at scale.
