As our brand expands rapidly, we're seeking a dynamic individual who can energize our content and drive engagement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator who can craft engaging and viral-style short-form videos for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role focuses on authentic, street-level content rather than traditional polished advertisements. You will film on-location at various venues such as beaches, tailgates, golf courses, campuses, and festivals, interacting with everyday people by tanning them, capturing genuine reactions, conducting entertaining street interviews, and producing relatable, share-worthy videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce multiple short-form videos weekly tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Film lively and relatable content in diverse public settings involving spontaneous tanning sessions and conversations with strangers.
• Generate original content ideas and collaborate closely with the Bro Glo team to maintain brand alignment.
• Perform all video editing independently, focusing on fast cuts and smooth transitions, delivering final edits without background music or captions.
• Utilize mobile phone cameras exclusively; no professional equipment is required.
• Adhere strictly to deadlines and maintain consistent content quality.

Candidate Profile

• Confident in engaging with strangers and comfortable filming in public spaces.
• Creatively inclined with a sharp sense of humor and the ability to generate compelling content ideas.
• In-depth understanding of what triggers user attention on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proficient in creating fast-paced, modern, and platform-native video edits.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and providing natural-sounding voiceovers.
• Self-motivated with minimal need for guidance, reliable and deadline-oriented.
• Fluent in English communication.

Compensation

Compensation is on a performance basis: $100 for each completed and final edited video (without music or captions). The target is to deliver 5 to 10 quality videos monthly, with opportunities for producing more if highly capable.

Work Location

This position is primarily remote with occasional in-person filming possible in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, if local.
