Role Overview
The Human Capital Lead for Rewards, Analytics, and Planning supports the strategic and operational execution of Total Rewards, People Analytics, Data Audits, and HR technology enhancements to reinforce data-driven decisions and automation, all aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits frameworks that reflect market trends and internal fairness.
- Conduct detailed salary survey analyses, recommend performance- or skill-based allowances, perform job evaluations, and establish job gradings collaboratively with talent acquisition.
- Enhance payroll processing with AI-driven systems and promote employee self-service for transparency and efficiency.
- Lead comprehensive audits of HR data to maintain accuracy and readiness for reporting purposes.
- Manage and upgrade the data warehouse and dashboards to provide real-time workforce insights.
- Create and sustain analytics frameworks and Power BI dashboards to monitor workforce patterns, retention, and productivity metrics.
- Work closely with Data Science and Governance teams to validate and standardize reporting dashboards.
- Champion digital transformation of HR processes including payroll, attendance, and reporting through automation.
- Deploy AI tools for data validation, chatbot support, and predictive analytics advancements.
- Oversee HR budgeting cycles with cross-functional collaboration, aligning budgets towards localization, upskilling, and technology initiatives.
- Assess and enhance HR service delivery using feedback mechanisms, grievance resolution strategies, and policy revisions.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor regulations and organization-wide consistency.
Collaborative Interfaces
Close interaction with CHRO, HR Business Partners, Finance, Data Governance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Project Teams, Executives, and Department Heads is essential.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in human capital roles focused on rewards, analytics, and HR systems.
- Proficient knowledge of payroll systems, data analytics, and HR software such as Oracle and BI dashboards.
- Experience in complex, project-oriented environments is advantageous.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Preferred certifications include AI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Six Sigma, and job evaluation methods.
