Role overview
This permanent full-time position is focused on accurate, timely administration of advisor and broker commissions for a block of GRS policies. The role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving setting, has a strong eye for detail, and is comfortable supporting business partners on commission-related matters.
Your work will directly influence advisor compensation and help maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders. The position requires a mix of analytical thinking, reconciliation work, system maintenance, and clear communication.
Key responsibilities
- Check advisor licensing requirements before commission payments are released to ensure compliance.
- Set up and maintain advisor commission records in the system for GRS policies with a high level of accuracy.
- Process weekly, monthly, and manual commission payouts.
- Work every day with Business Development, Implementation, GRS Issue, and Pricing teams.
- Review and reconcile first-year and transfer commissions, then prepare statements showing commission adjustments for top-ups or chargebacks where needed.
- Respond to internal partner questions on a broad range of commission topics.

Compensation
The base salary range for this job is CAD 43,400 to CAD 65,100 per year. This figure covers base pay only and does not include variable compensation such as annual bonus or commission.
