About the Role
Tesla is looking for a skilled and energetic Commercial Energy & Charging Coordinator to join their Commercial Field Service Team. This critical role involves coordinating service operations within expanding commercial energy and charging networks. Success in this position requires excellent communication, impeccable organizational skills, and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to prioritize tasks, ensure quick issue resolution, and maintain high client satisfaction. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable team players who flourish in fast-paced settings and maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Use specialized software and dashboards to oversee, plan, and improve work schedules for the designated geographic area.
- Collaborate with Territory and Field Managers to synchronize priorities and ensure effective task execution.
- Coordinate with regional teams to guarantee Field Service Technicians have necessary parts, tools, and support.
- Manage access permissions for sites by communicating with internal stakeholders (for sites pending commissioning), customers (for operational sites), and utility providers as needed.
- Create and oversee Purchase Orders, arrange equipment rentals such as forklifts and generators, and coordinate external training sessions including forklift certification and CPR training.
- Continuously monitor and respond to new work or changes in priorities with agility and precision.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
Candidate Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or comparable work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Highly flexible and capable of handling shifting priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Superior communication abilities, strategic mindset, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities focused on accuracy and efficiency.
- Consistent and dependable attendance record.
