Role Overview

The Data & BI Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Strategy & Analytics team. The position involves ensuring precise, well-timed, and organized data availability for business insights by managing data extraction, cleaning, reporting, and dashboard development. This role collaborates closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Duties

• Extract and consolidate data from various sources such as SAP and manual trackers.
• Cleanse, validate, and transform data to maintain consistency and dependability.
• Create, maintain, and refine dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI and Excel.
• Generate recurring weekly and monthly reports monitoring commercial performance.
• Prepare structured datasets for analysis by senior analysts and business teams.
• Continuously monitor data quality, identifying and resolving inconsistencies proactively.
• Document data sources, definitions, and reporting procedures thoroughly.
• Support automation and ongoing enhancements of reporting workflows.

Role Scope

• Full responsibility for end-to-end data extraction, validation, reporting, and dashboard management.
• Close collaboration with senior analysts and commercial stakeholders to support data initiatives.
• Commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and well-structured data insights.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency.

Technical Expertise

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards and data models using Power BI.
• Competence in extracting data from SAP Business Intelligence or comparable platforms.
• Fundamental understanding of data structure, cleansing, and transformation methodologies.

• Background in commercial, sales, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Query and VBA.
