About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Analyst to contribute to training AI models specifically designed to assist finance professionals. Your role will involve assessing the advancement of AI chatbots, verifying their reasoning processes, and resolving issues to enhance model accuracy.
Our current focus is developing AI Assistant models that effectively comprehend financial concepts and decision-making processes, targeting professionals in finance. Candidates with advanced degrees (MBA or higher) and relevant professional backgrounds are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and refine AI Assistant responses concerning macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Apply your academic credentials and professional expertise to scrutinize the AI's rationale and correctness.
- Test AI models against intricate, realistic scenarios including edge cases to identify strengths and weaknesses in their reasoning.
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to continuously improve AI performance and dependability.
- Assign complex challenges to AI chatbots and analyze their output quality for accuracy and efficacy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual proficiency level is essential.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing and analyzing financial data and AI outputs.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and logical reasoning within finance management.
- Possession of or progress toward Master's or PhD degrees is preferred but not mandatory.
Contract Details and Benefits
- Independent contractor status with the freedom to select preferred projects and working hours.

- Compensation is hourly, starting from $50 to $100+, with certain projects offering bonus payments.
