The Opportunity

We are seeking a Founding Co-Founder with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture who aligns with our ambition to establish one of the leading urban development firms in the region. This role offers more than traditional employment; it invites a partner to build the company from inception, formulate its strategies, develop technical capabilities, and hold long-term equity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s technical vision and direction.
• Contribute to the development of urban development strategies.
• Evaluate development opportunities and assess project feasibility.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and various stakeholders.
• Assist with master planning and designing urban infrastructure.
• Embed sustainability principles throughout all projects.
• Research and apply innovative construction technologies and materials.
• Engage in client meetings and deliver technical presentations.
• Establish technical standards, methodologies, and internal operational processes.
• Represent DEEMURA in discussions with developers, investors, governmental bodies, and strategic collaborators.

Preferred Background

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Professional experience in urban development, real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the project development life cycle.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• An entrepreneurial spirit eager to build rather than just manage.
• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and evolving urban environments.
