Role Overview

The Cluster Telephone Operator will be responsible for anticipating and addressing guest needs with attentiveness and helpfulness. This role requires thorough knowledge of the hotel offerings, including room categories, rates, amenities, food and beverage services, spa promotions, and affiliated properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively understand and respond to guest inquiries ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel's products and services.
• Take ownership of the quality of guest service and uphold high service standards consistently.
• Ensure all guest satisfaction concerns are resolved promptly with appropriate follow-ups.
• Demonstrate innovation by proposing alternatives that fulfill guest needs.
• Foster collaborative relationships with all hotel departments.
• Participate actively in hotel events, daily shift meetings, and training sessions to enhance professional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or related operations preferred.
• Proficient communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is advantageous.
• Availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Computer literacy in MS Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is beneficial.
