Club Lounge Agent

Job Overview

This role centers on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests beyond basic check-in and check-out procedures. Club Lounge Agents proactively deliver comprehensive services, assisting guests throughout their stay. The position involves being mobile within the facility, addressing guest inquiries, handling operational tasks, completing required reports, and sharing local highlights to enhance guest engagement.

Key Duties and Expectations

• Provide excellent and personalized guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs in the Club Lounge area.
• Handle operational activities including guest requests, reporting, and transactions as integral parts of the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies, confidentiality standards, and asset protection protocols.
• Present a professional demeanor through uniform standards, appearance, and communication at all times.
• Demonstrate physical capability to stand, sit, or walk extensively during shifts and perform hands-on tasks such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education requirement is a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience is required.
• No licenses or certifications are mandatory for this role.
