About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding biotechnology company focused on pioneering neurological therapies as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA). This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to clinical trial success and ultimately improve patient outcomes in neuroscience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits ensuring adherence to highest quality standards in clinical trials.
- Thoroughly review and validate clinical study data for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate effectively with site personnel and multidisciplinary teams to address study challenges and maintain trial progress.
- Detect and promptly report protocol violations, safety issues, or data inconsistencies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Minimum three years of experience in clinical research associate roles or site monitoring.
- Comprehensive understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulatory standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to travel frequently, potentially up to 50-75% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting clinical trials in central nervous system (CNS) or rare diseases is highly desirable.
