Client Services and Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview

Qube's Christchurch team seeks a dedicated Client Services and Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations with a focus on administration. This permanent full-time role involves managing client accounts, processing documentation, and ensuring efficient logistics coordination. The workweek is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with additional Saturday mornings as required (7am to 12pm).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for designated clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Prepare daily client reports, analyzing and resolving any discrepancies impacting KPIs and stock turnover.
• Maintain strong, professional client relationships through telephone and radio communications.
• Coordinate depot activities to facilitate container throughput and keep stakeholders informed.
