Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Service Executive to provide essential administrative and client-facing support to Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Private Client Advisers. This role demands exceptional organization, communication skills, and a proactive approach in managing client relations and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver general administrative assistance to senior team members.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, efficiently addressing inquiries.
- Prepare investment presentations and compile documentation for client meetings.
- Audit and maintain accuracy and compliance of CRM records in readiness for client meetings.
- Manage follow-up activities post-client meetings, including documenting minutes and tracking task completion.
- Regularly update and monitor the CRM system and prepare client data to meet legislative compliance.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to fulfill client requests while ensuring adherence to operational and compliance standards.
- Handle reporting and execute operational tasks collaboratively within the team.
- Engage with external professionals such as tax advisers, solicitors, brokers, and life offices to support client services.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting client events and conferences, including occasional after-hours participation.
- Contribute to interdepartmental projects aimed at enhancing client service practices and facilitate adoption of new applications.
- Support the completion and follow-up of Investor Policy Statements.
- Participate in company campaigns and workshops.
- Adhere strictly to risk and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures related to the role.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Degree or Masters qualification in Business or a Finance-related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A flexible and positive work attitude paired with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective team collaboration skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational capabilities and ability to prioritize workload independently.
