Job Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure top-tier service and satisfaction.
- Support wealth advisory functions and assist in portfolio planning using various investment products.
- Clarify portfolio performance and financial concepts to clients in accessible language.
- Drive client acquisition through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of investment transactions and service requests.
- Adhere to compliance requirements including KYC verification, risk profiling, and protection of client data.
- Monitor client investments and provide assistance in goal-based financial planning.
- Keep abreast of market developments and new financial products.
- Deliver proactive service aimed at building long-term trust with clients.
Candidate Profile
- Understanding of investment vehicles including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Insurance products, along with asset allocation and systematic investment plans (SIP/STP/SWP).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for client interactions via calls and meetings.
- Familiarity with KYC procedures, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
- Capability to coordinate with internal departments for client onboarding and ongoing servicing.
- A client-centered mindset with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Readiness to work in a performance-driven atmosphere focused on targets.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Commerce.
- NISM VA certification is preferred or a willingness to acquire it.
- Certification such as CFP or QPFP is advantageous.
- At least 12 months of experience in Mutual Funds, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or NBFC sectors.
Job Duties
- Source and secure new clients using referrals, networking techniques, and outbound marketing efforts.
- Assess clients’ financial goals and recommend fitting investment or insurance products.
- Maintain fulfilling, long-lasting client relationships ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and servicing requirements with internal teams.
- Meet or exceed set monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay informed about the financial market and offerings such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and AIF.
