This role involves move-in, move-out, vacant unit turnover cleaning, and periodic housekeeping within occupied homes. Cleaners independently travel to assigned locations and ensure thorough, standard-compliant cleaning of each property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cleaning for move-ins and move-outs of rental residences
• Execute detailed turnover cleaning in empty apartments and homes
• Provide regular housekeeping services when needed in occupied residences
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and shared surfaces meticulously
• Perform detailed tasks including baseboards, cabinet interiors, and appliance cleaning
• Utilize a mobile work application for assignments, instructions, GPS navigation, photo uploads, and job status updates
• Ensure quality by inspecting work before leaving to meet company standards
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or problematic cleaning areas
• Commute between appointments using a personal vehicle

Requirements

• At least two years of compensated professional cleaning experience
• Capability with both turnover and routine housekeeping cleaning tasks
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for transport and carrying supplies
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment to fulfill residential cleaning duties
• Have a smartphone compatible with mobile work app features such as GPS and photo capture
• Comfortable cleaning all key home areas including detailed spots
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning guidelines
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Dependability, punctuality, and adherence to GPS-verified arrival times
