Role Overview

As a Cleaner, you will undertake a mix of move-in, move-out, vacant-unit turnover, and routine housekeeping tasks within residential properties. Each cleaning assignment requires you to arrive independently, perform thorough cleaning, and adhere to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute detailed move-in and move-out cleaning for rental homes
• Conduct comprehensive turnover cleaning for vacant units including apartments and houses
• Provide periodic housekeeping services in occupied residences when needed
• Clean all major areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common surfaces
• Address detailed cleaning needs including baseboards, cabinet interiors, and appliance interiors
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive jobs, follow instructions, navigate via GPS, upload photos, and update work status
• Verify cleaning quality before finishing each job to meet company standards
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or cleaning challenges encountered
• Travel between appointments using your personal vehicle

Mandatory Requirements

• At least two years’ paid experience in professional cleaning roles
• Ability to handle both move-in/move-out cleanings as well as ongoing housekeeping tasks
• Must own a reliable vehicle to transport yourself and cleaning supplies to sites
• Possession of all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to complete assignments
• Have a smartphone capable of operating mobile apps, GPS, camera functions, and job updates
• Comfort with cleaning varied residential areas including detailed spots such as cabinets and appliances
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning instructions
• Basic proficiency in English for communication purposes
• Dependability, punctuality, and comfort with GPS-verified arrival tracking
