About the Role

The cleaning team at Bridgepoint Maintenance services a variety of residential properties in Ontario. Tasks mainly include move-out, unit turnover, and post-maintenance cleanups, with some assignments involving housekeeping for occupied homes. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Typical Duties

• Conduct move-out cleaning for residential rental properties
• Perform turnover cleaning for vacant units
• Deep clean after maintenance, repairs, or renovations
• Prepare homes prior to new residents moving in
• Provide scheduled housekeeping services for occupied residences
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, and common areas
• Clean inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, windowsills, and other detailed spots
• Engage in dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and debris removal
• Complete a final quality check before assignment closure
• Take completion photographs when required
• Report any damage, maintenance issues, or cleaning concerns needing follow-up
• Update job status through a mobile work application
• Travel directly between assigned job sites

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of paid professional cleaning experience
• Ability to perform residential cleaning tasks independently
• Experience in move-out, turnover, deep cleaning, or housekeeping work
• Committed to consistently delivering high-quality results
• Highly attentive to detail
• Identifies and reports relevant issues professionally
• Communicates effectively with customers and operations staff

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation (own vehicle)
• Personal cleaning supplies and equipment
• Smartphone capable of GPS use, running mobile work apps, taking photos, and submitting updates
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Dependable attendance and strong organizational abilities

• Residential turnover and property preparation cleaning

• Experience in high-volume residential cleaning contexts
