Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Cleaner to service residential rental properties. This includes routine cleaning, move-in and move-out cleans, rental turnover preparation, and ensuring the property is ready for listing and showings. The role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend various residential rental locations to perform cleaning tasks, including move-in/move-out and turnover cleanings.
• Execute comprehensive residential cleaning based on company standards.
• Clean all rooms and areas: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and appliances.
• Remove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and any leftover items as necessary.
• Wipe all surfaces such as counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and other frequently touched spots.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floor cleanliness.
• Clean interiors of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
• Identify and report any areas requiring extra cleaning, maintenance, junk removal, or repair.
• Capture clear before-and-after photographs and videos of cleaned properties.
• Communicate updates, notes, photos, and videos clearly after each cleaning appointment.
• Interact professionally with landlords, tenants, applicants, and internal teams.
• Adhere strictly to cleaning checklists, access protocols, and appointment details.

Additional Cleaning Tasks

• Deep cleaning as required.
• Ensuring readiness of properties for photos, showings, inspections, and move-ins.
• Handling garbage removal and light debris cleanup.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in roles such as cleaner, housekeeper, or residential cleaning contractor.
• Strong understanding of residential cleaning procedures and standards.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Possession of necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for appointments.
• Ability to work independently at rental properties.
• Ownership of iPhone 13 or equivalent smartphone with a high-quality camera for documentation.
• Competence in taking clear photos/videos and submitting thorough updates post-visit.
• Professionalism demonstrated through reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists, instructions, and property access guidelines.
• Effective communication skills with landlords, tenants, applicants, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with move-in, move-out, or rental turnover cleaning.
• Familiarity with preparing residential rental homes for photography, inspections, and showings.
• Capability to identify property issues including damage, maintenance needs, junk removal, pest problems, or access concerns.
• Experience operating independently in field roles for property management or home services companies.

Cleaners are expected to observe and report any issues such as damage, maintenance requirements, junk removal needs, pest concerns, access difficulties, or unsafe conditions to ensure appropriate follow-up by the team.
