About the Role

Narnaul Wala Fast Food is seeking a skilled Chinese Chef to join their kitchen team at their Mahendergarh location in Haryana. The role focuses on preparing a range of Chinese dishes as well as popular fast food items, while ensuring excellent food quality and hygiene in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook a variety of Chinese dishes such as Chowmein, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Potato, Spring Rolls, and other snacks.
• Prepare fast food specialties including Burgers, Pizza, Pav Bhaji, Sandwiches, among other menu items.
• Maintain the standard of taste, presentation, and consistency for every prepared dish.
• Uphold cleanliness and the highest hygiene standards in the kitchen adhering to food safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory management including ingredient handling and storage.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt preparation and delivery of orders.
• Work to minimize food waste and enforce kitchen discipline.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Chinese Chef or in fast food cooking is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Chinese cuisine and fast food meal preparation.
• Capability to perform effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong awareness of food hygiene and kitchen safety protocols.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work cooperatively within a team.
