Chief Operating Officer

About the Role

Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is looking for an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to oversee and optimize operations across its multifaceted, technology-focused organization. This role demands a strategic leader who can harmonize vision and execution, enhance performance metrics, expand global processes, and enforce rigorous operational discipline throughout diverse regions, divisions, and teams.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Lead enterprise-wide operations ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and daily execution.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and scale business processes on a global level.
• Oversee teams across multiple countries, managing the complexities of international business operations.
• Maintain P&L accountability, workforce management, and service delivery excellence.
• Partner closely with the CEO, board members, investors, and senior leaders to guide operational direction.
• Navigate regional compliance, global customer support, vendor relationships, and multinational workforce dynamics.

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in an equivalent executive operations leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years functioning as a COO in industries such as technology, IT services, enterprise solutions, systems integration, managed services, or digital transformation.
• Experience with companies generating revenues exceeding $500 million annually.
• Proven leadership managing international teams and cross-border operations across multiple continents including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, or the Middle East.
• Deep knowledge of global operating models, international regulatory frameworks, data privacy, and compliance issues.
• Capability to both standardize global operations and customize execution to local market demands.
• Strong financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, margin control, and reporting at an executive level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling global IT services, managed services, or enterprise technology businesses.
• Background in global business expansions, mergers, and operational integration post-acquisition.
• Familiarity with commercial and public sector enterprise customers.
• Expertise in offshore, nearshore, and onshore delivery models.
• Understanding of global cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and digital transformation operations.
