About the Role
Santa Events And Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Channel Development Manager based in Delhi-NCR to drive growth and expansion in retail and e-commerce channels, particularly focusing on quick commerce and major online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail channel growth and enhance overall performance metrics.
- Lead expansion efforts within Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto.
- Manage and develop e-commerce presence on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and BigBasket.
- Analyze data to generate insights and craft strategies that foster growth.
Required Experience and Skills
- Have 4 to 6 years of professional experience within FMCG, food retail, or D2C/e-commerce sectors.
- Hands-on experience managing accounts or operations on Q-commerce platforms or Amazon/FMCG categories.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce dashboards along with ERP and CRM systems.
- Understanding of SKU-level profitability analysis and contribution metrics.
- Knowledge of key performance marketing indicators such as ROAS, CTR, and AOV.
