Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pack, deliver, assemble, and dismantle catering buffets and mini buffets in an organized and timely manner.
• Handle packing and delivery of general meal box orders promptly and systematically.
• Ensure a superior level of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
• Keep the hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle(s) at a high standard.
• Support logistics-related activities as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of food items sent to both mealbox and buffet catering teams.
• Secure proper packing of food orders to endure transportation challenges.
• Guarantee timely dispatch of food orders for pickups.
• Meet the ongoing target fulfillment defect rate defined by the company.
• Carry out additional ad-hoc duties assigned periodically.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates ownership mentality, thinking and acting like a business proprietor rather than an employee.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and commitment to quality performance.
• Maintains an optimistic outlook, focusing on positive outcomes.
• Has a passion for customer hospitality and delivering delight.
• Physically capable of managing heavy and bulky items.
• Holds a class 3 manual driving license.
• Preferred to have at least two years of driving experience.
