Position Summary

We are seeking a Casual Cooks Assistant to join the culinary team at our Logan Campbell Retirement Village in Greenlane, Auckland. This role involves assisting our chefs by preparing nutritious and appealing meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with the preparation and presentation of meals.
• Ensure the kitchen environment is consistently clean and hygienic.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen colleagues to provide excellent food services.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 3) or demonstrate willingness to achieve this qualification.
• Experience in food preparation roles is essential.
• Exhibit a dependable, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Maintain rigorous standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
