Position Overview
The role of Cashier is critical in managing daily cash operations within the company. The individual will handle cash transactions, maintain financial records, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive cash and verify payment transactions according to established procedures.
- Manage cash flow and issue receipts for funds received.
- Maintain and document petty cash usage through regular statements.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to the accounting department.
- Oversee sticker sales and ensure stickers are delivered appropriately to the counter.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial records and reports.
Professional Growth
- Continuously work towards mastering all required competencies and skills for the position.
- Identify and arrange for necessary training in collaboration with senior accounting staff.
- Set and achieve performance goals annually in line with management discussions.
Compliance and Process Maintenance
- Implement and follow approved policies and procedures effectively to support organizational goals.
- Adhere to corporate information security policies and guidelines in performing duties.
Quality and Continuous Improvement

Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a relevant diploma.
- Demonstrated experience of 2 to 4 years in a similar cashier role with responsibilities related to cash handling.
