Cart Attendant

Job Summary

Join Walmart as a Cart Attendant, playing a crucial part in delivering excellent first and last impressions to customers at our Simpsonville Supercenter. Your primary duties involve collecting shopping carts from the parking lot, transporting them inside using provided equipment, and ensuring all carts remain clean and sanitary. This role demands a consistently positive approach, regardless of the weather conditions.

Payment and Work Hours

The hourly pay ranges from $14.5 to $27.5, with the exact rate matching or exceeding the legally mandated minimum wage for the location. Additional earnings come through annual or quarterly performance incentives, and extra premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific job functions. Multiple premiums may be applicable simultaneously. Shifts available include mid-shift and closing shifts.
