Role Overview

We seek experienced Career Development Specialists to empower clients in advancing their careers with heightened clarity, confidence, and readiness. The role involves delivering personalized career coaching and resources that address various career-related needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in enhancing their resumes and cover letters.
  • Guide personal branding and optimize LinkedIn profiles.
  • Develop effective job-search strategies tailored to individual goals.
  • Provide interview preparation and practice sessions.
  • Coach clients on professional communication and workplace expectations.
  • Support career planning and transitions, especially for newcomers and internationally trained professionals.
  • Help clients with goal-setting, accountability, and ongoing professional growth.
  • Deliver services through one-on-one coaching, virtual workshops, recorded content, and self-study resources.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven background in career coaching, employment counselling, recruitment, human resources, or related fields.
  • Experience with resume and LinkedIn guidance, interview coaching, workforce development, or newcomer employment support.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to listen effectively and provide respectful, constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable working with diverse client backgrounds and delivering services virtually.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a client-centered approach.
  • Passionate about enabling client confidence and independence.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant educational credentials, certifications, or professional experience are valued. Experience working with newcomers, internationally trained individuals, students, graduates, or career changers is advantageous.

Engagement Details and Compensation
