Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Care Taker to join our Palakkad location. The individual in this role will support daily store operations such as general maintenance, stock organization, and keeping common areas tidy and welcoming. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned sections, upholding hygiene standards, and serving refreshments to staff and visitors as needed. The Care Taker will assist with straightforward store tasks, follow supervisor directions, and contribute to a friendly, well-ordered environment. Essential attributes for this position include reliability, punctuality, and a courteous demeanor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact politely with staff and customers.
• A customer-focused attitude aimed at providing helpful and respectful support within retail and workplace settings.
• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols; familiarity with Medicine or Critical Care Medicine is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Capability to carry out cleaning duties, perform light physical labor, and maintain orderly work areas.
• Dependability, honesty, ability to follow instructions, and work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, assisting in stores, or comparable roles is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to work full time on location in Palakkad with professional conduct at all times.
