Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our expanding team on a permanent full-time basis, located at our Melbourne head office. This role involves a broad array of duties aimed at supporting our rapid sector growth and operational demands. Ideal candidates will have experience in call centers, office administration, or medical administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize scheduling of client appointments to maximize resource utilization
- Monitor appointment availabilities and adjust them to meet client needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact via phone and email between clients, care providers, and clinical staff
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation and records to facilitate smooth operations and aid decision-making
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure transparent sharing of client information
- Promptly address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues
- Support preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Assist periodically with marketing and communication activities
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
