Position Overview

We are looking for a committed and hardworking Cannabis Trimmer to join our team in Orange, MA. This role involves trimming and maintaining plants across gardens, farms, and greenhouses to support healthy growth and enhance the aesthetic appeal of our landscapes. Ideal candidates will have enthusiasm for outdoor activities and experience or interest in gardening and lawn care.

Key Responsibilities

• Trim and prune plants, shrubs, and trees to encourage healthy development.
• Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment efficiently during trimming tasks.
• Support irrigation activities to ensure plants receive adequate watering.
• Keep workspaces and equipment clean and well-organized.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete landscaping assignments effectively.
• Observe plant health regularly and inform supervisors of any concerns.
• Take part in seasonal planting and ongoing garden upkeep.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role requires physical endurance including sitting, standing, walking, and remaining stationary throughout shifts. Workers will frequently be exposed to strong cannabis aromas and handle related products. Tasks include repetitive hand movements, lifting up to 20 pounds, frequent hand washing, and the use of personal protective equipment like gloves, eyewear, facemasks, and protective gowns or jumpsuits. Employees must visually inspect product quality consistently and be vigilant to prevent slips or trips.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a starting pay of $18 per hour as well as comprehensive benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance, a health savings account, paid time off, and parental leave.

Location and Commute

• Work location is onsite in Orange, MA 01364.
• Relocation to Orange, MA is required, with an employer-provided relocation package available.
